Espresso Con Panna

A rich blend with honey-like viscosity brewed from Kholusian coffee beans and a new heat pressurizing technique. The dollop of sour cream in the center helps to create a surprising yet subtle harmony of flavors.

Oolong Tea

Made from the Far Eastern camellia plant's buds and leaves left to dry out in the sun, this particular tea is praised for its many health benefits by even esteemed Thavnairian alchemists. Especially recommended for those with a weak heart.

Matcha

The purest, finest, stone-ground matcha powder hailing directly from one of Hingashi's oldest teahouses whisked to a froth. It is widely known for its distinctly deep, savory flavor.Prepared as either "usucha" or "koicha"--"usucha" meaning "thin tea" with lighter notes, and "koicha" being "thick tea" with richer flavor and texture.

The pride of Mua and Moxya's big sister, Rihua. Silken cream cheese panna cotta encased in an almond-flavored crust and sealed with homemade peach jam. Sliced, Nagxian white peaches adorn the top, delicately lain in an intricate rose pattern.
